Local Businesses, Join Now! $1000 of free Zipcar to Arlington businesses Arlington Transportation Partners encourages Arlington, VA businesses to join Zipcar by subsidizing the first $1000 spent per company on joining fees. This new incentive can reimburse qualified member companies for the $100 start up fee and the first $20 annual fee for each employee-driver.   To receive reimbursement for your membership costs, please send the following to Arlington Transportation Partners:   a copy of your most recent Zipcar bill   a Carsharing Reimbursement Application   Mail to: Arlington Transportation Partners 1735 N. Lynn Street Suite 113 Arlington, VA 22209   You will be mailed a follow-up Carsharing Survey in about six months.
