Having already been a member and user of a similar service here in DC, I was anxious to try a competitor because it seemed to me that this particular type of business could be improved upon. Beyond comparison, Zipcar wins hands down as a more user-friendly and pleasant experience. It was so much easier to use and the added bonus of driving a VW Beetle for the first time was the icing on the cake. I never expected to have fun "renting" a car, but nevertheless I did. You have a great program and a new loyal customer. Keep up the good work! I can hardly wait to try a MINI Cooper and a Honda Element.
