However, for those of you jammed in traffic, running overtime at a relative's or simply unaware that your Zipcar booking is coming to a close, then it's all the more apt. An easy way to overcome the pains of the late penalty fee is to put the freephone number found on your Zipcard into your speed-dial! Then call when you think you need to extend (in seconds) so you can calmly continue dissecting the latest episode of Corrie, karting with the kids or listening to your favourite iPod tracks while easing through the red lights (maybe not to Black Box though). swipe in, swipe outAt Zipcar we adore systems that run in sync— from reservations, to billing, to cars returned on time. Those of you using Zipcars in the NCP and underground car parks occasionally find the swipe card season tickets a little sticky to use. Re-entering the car parks sometimes proves a bit of a challenge too. Tip: keep persevering with the swipe cards when driving in and out. If you do run into a problem, phone in so we can ensure the cards remain in sync for the next happy member. evps - even volume paysIn love with MINI Mateus? Potty about the wrapped Toyota Pomona? Bewitched by divine BMW Barry? Find you are booking more and more Zipcars to satisfy your Zipcar addiction? If you regularly spend more than £50 a month, switching to an Extra Value Plan (EVP) can save you 5 to 15% on your monthly bills. Congratulations to two fantastic Zipsters who have delighted us in separate ways. Jacqueline Hong won a free day in a MINI Cooper after being picked from our July competition.
