Millennials Weigh in on the American Dream

Fifty percent of Zipsters are Millennials so it’s vital that we check in on their evolving attitudes about transportation and technology. In our 4th Annual Millennial Study, we took a twist on the standard questions and asked Millennials about their version of the American Dream. What we heard back was a bit surprising given all the press on how different this generation is. 

Our study reveals that all generations, Baby Boomers and Millennials alike, put greater stock in experiences over possessions, but Millennials still envision a traditional picket-fenced suburban home as a key component of their future. Despite this, a majority of Millennials feel their “American Dream” is different than that of their parent’s. Check back with us on Ziptopia as we continue to dig in and share.
