Zipcar’s round-trip car-sharing service gives Columbus residents on-demand access to a vehicle, encouraging a car-free or car-lite lifestyle

COLUMBUS, June 26, 2018 – Zipcar, the world’s leading car-sharing network, today announced a new partnership with the City of Columbus to bring its “wheels when you want them” membership service to area residents, businesses, visitors and students. Eight Zipcars are now available in on-street parking spots Downtown, as well as Short North, German Village and Weinland Park through the partnership.

BALTIMORE, Md., January 22, 2018 – Zipcar, the world’s leading car-sharing network, and the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA), today announced a new partnership to add 15 Zipcars to eight rail stations along the Light RailLink, Metro SubwayLink and Maryland Area Regional Commuter (MARC) Train lines, providing transit riders with on-demand access to a vehicle by the hour or by the day.
