Reserving Zipcars:

How do I see all cars in my search results? 

To see all cars near you regardless of availability, click “Search.” On the results under “Flexibility,” select “My time is flexible” and click “Update search.” You’ll now see all cars near you regardless of whether they may be reserved during your preferred search time.  

 

I’m trying to click on a pin on the map. Why can't I see more details about that location? 

For now, clicking on a pin will not let you interact with the Zipcar details at that location, but more advanced search features are coming soon, including interactive pins. 

Why can’t I sort by price? 

We automatically filter by closest location to your search address, and you can also filter by car type and model. Right now, we are not able to filter by price, but more advanced filtering features are coming soon, including the ability to filter by price and by car features. 

 

 

Billing:

How can I get a trip receipt? 

Downloadable trip receipts are coming soon to the billing page. In the meantime, please fill out this form if you need us to send you a trip receipt.  

 

How can I access a monthly view of my billing transactions?

A monthly view of all billing transactions is coming soon. In the meantime, please fill out this form if you need us to send you a monthly view of all billing transactions.

How can I see my driving credit balance?  

To view your current driving credit balance, click on “Billing” in the top navigation, and look for the “Your credits” callout on the top right of the page. This shows your current driving credit balance. Please note: Driving credits are automatically added to your trips. To see how much driving credit was applied to a recent trip, expand the trip and view “Credits” in the payment summary to see how many driving credits were applied.
