You only need to be 18+ to join. Members age 18-20 can use the Zipcars that live on the Stanford campus. Members age 21+ also have access to thousands of Zipcars all around San Francisco, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, London, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Portland, Seattle, Toronto, Vancouver and Washington DC.
