Six Simple Rules
Zipcar is super simple when you follow the rules.
If we work together we can keep this whole car-sharing thing running smoothly.
First rule, report damage before starting the car. Walk around, take a good look inside and out. And give us a ring to report any damage, a dirty car, or low fuel.
Rule number 2, keep it clean. Take personal belongings with you when you go, and throw away any trash.
Simple rule number 3, no smoking. No smoking with the windows down, or even with all the doors open. The cars don't like it.
Rule number 4, leave at least a 1/4 tank of fuel for the next guy or gal. Just grab the fuel card and fill-er up.
Rule 5 says that Fido and Fluffy need to be kept in a pet carrier at all times. No matter how cute they are.
Last but not least rule 6, look out for the next Zipster by returning the car on time. Call us immediately if you're going to be late, or use your mobile to see if you can extend.
Car sharing should be simple and fun. So avoid fines and look out for your fellow Zipsters by following the rules. Remember we're all in this together.
