Here at Zipcar, we continually strive to achieve an inclusive, diverse team and culture. As well as being founded by two women, we're proud that in the UK 50% of our leadership team is female. So, this International Women's Day we're showcasing some of the women who work behind the scenes to keep Zipcar moving!

“I look after a great team who are responsible for identifying and mitigating known risk factors to help provide a better, safer service to our members and protect our company’s assets. I have worked at Zipcar for over 10 years now and really enjoy it as no day is the same! I am proud of our mission to enable simple and responsible urban living and supporting our environmental sustainability.”

“I started my Zipcar career in Boston, Massachusetts back in 2011 and am now responsible for our UK Member Services team. They’re here to help all members 24/7, come rain, snow or shine! My team and I work hard to ensure that you have all the information you may need for a smooth journey at your fingertips via our Help Centre. And for anything else that may come up, our team is always on hand to answer your queries via phone or email, getting you back on the road as soon as possible. I am incredibly proud of the service my team provide, and working for a great company like Zipcar continuously inspires us to develop the best member experience!”

“I am responsible for the development of Zipcar UK products – i.e. our app and websites. Using your feedback, I develop the business strategy behind the member experience across app, web, car and even the tools we use to run our operations. I also coordinate functional requirements and work closely with my colleagues in North America to manage the launch of new global features. Having worked at Zipcar for almost 9 years and seeing its fantastic growth I look forward to seeing what the future of greener travel options holds for us!”

“My team and I are responsible for getting the Zipcar name out there and encouraging new members to join. We also look after our existing members, making sure they’re getting information, news, updates and trip inspiration they need and want to hear about. We look after everything from PR and advertising to digital marketing and the blog you're reading right now! I’ve been at Zipcar for just over two years, and what a two years it’s been! Zipcar is a fun, challenging and collaborative place to work.
