Return it right
Keep it clean
Clean up, don’t smoke and take everything with you. Don’t forget to recycle your rubbish!
Fill ‘er up
If fuel is below ¼ tank at the end of your trip, fill up before you return to it’s bay. Fuel's on us!
Plus, don’t forget to report damage (and other issues)
Before every trip, check your Zipcar inside and out for any issues. While we expect the previous member to leave the vehicle in a good condition, it is important to report any issues at the beginning of your reservation so we know it wasn’t you. You can report the cleanliness of the vehicle at the start of your journey in the app, but If there's damage or any other issues, check the log book (in the glove box) and follow the steps in there.
What about pets?
Pets can only travel in a Zipcar if they are kept in a shut carrier (no matter how cute Buster and Fluffy are). Service and assistance animals used by disabled members or passengers are an exception, and are allowed in the vehicle without a pet carrier. The reason for this is we need to cater for members with pet allergies! So ensure you clean up any stray pet hair at the end of your reservation.

Flex is our one-way service. Just look for the blue pin in the app, reserve and drive then just drop in our Zipzone across London. Perfect for spontaneous one-way trips around the city, starting from 32p per minute.
With Roundtrip pick your car up from its dedicated bay – you’ll find them all over London. Use the app to find any green pin near you, book and drive by the hour or day - starting from £6 per hour or from £60 per day. Park in the same bay you picked your Zipcar up from.
