If there’s one thing there’s no shortage of in London, it’s excellent beers and spirits. From microbreweries serving the freshest hand-pulled ales to world-famous distilleries producing some of the best-known liquors around, London’s breweries and distilleries know how to produce a great tipple. We’ve found the best below, as well as the taprooms where you can sample the freshest beers at great prices.

Now its time to enjoy the Greenwich Brewery Tour, where you’ll learn how Meantime beer gets from tank to glass. You’ll be guided through the brewhouse, fermentation and maturation areas, as well as the bottling line, before having a tutored tasting of four beers.

Five Points Brewing Taproom

Another of London’s best-known breweries, Five Points Taproom lets you sample the beer at its freshest (and cheapest!), with a lively atmosphere and delicious wood-fired pizzas. The taproom grand opening takes place on 20th November 2021!

This North London brewery became an institution in the summer months, with DJ sets, live music, street food and the ever-popular Beavertown beers flowing. Beavertown Taproom is currently undergoing a makeover, but it’s expected to be better than ever when it reopens!

This iconic London dry gin is still hand-crafted following the same recipe from the 1800s.
