Zipcar, Hammersmith and Fulham Council and Cross River Partnership have teamed up to offer small businesses a chance to use an electric van, for free. As part of the Defra-funded Clean Air Villages 3 (CAV3)* programme, CRP is working in the Shepherds Bush area with businesses to support making deliveries and servicing more efficient. The aim is to reduce emissions and improve air quality across London, which is why we look for initiatives such as this shared electric van scheme in Shepherds Bush to keep our air that little bit cleaner.
Participating small businesses in the borough get the chance to utilise one of only three electric van sharing services in London. Our aim is to get small businesses to start sharing the greener and cleaner electric van with other local businesses, to create a better borough for all of us.
