Top Reasons to use Zipcar for your Holiday

Going on holiday is the best reason to use a Zipcar! A bit of time off from work and a welcome change of scenery. And with this year being the year of the road trip, we know lots of members use Zipcar to go on holiday in the UK - whether it’s getting to the airport or train station early in the morning (don't forget, you shouldn't take a Zipcar abroad), or booking a car for a few days and exploring a little closer to home. 1. Airport transfers with Zipcar

Getting to the airport can be tricky, especially if you’re laden with luggage or taking an early/late flight.  Did you know you can pick up and drop-off a one-way Zipcar Flex at Heathrow?  It’s just £14/hour or 32p/minute, and even with the £5 airport charge on top it’s a cheaper option than most. 2.Taking the Eurostar? Flex to the station 

Some of the earlier international trains can come and go at less sociable times, so  why not take a Flex car to St Pancras? You will need to end your trip to the north east of the station and take a short walk to the Terminal once you’ve arrived. Zipcar Flex is available 24/7 so you just have to set your alarm.
 

3.Weekend getaways

No matter how much we love where we live, sometimes we just want to pack our bags, jump in a car and head for the hills. If you’re a Zipcar member that’s even easier; members can use our vehicles for  short term flexible rentals.
