What to do in London this Easter
Easter is nearly here, and if you're planning on staying in London there is plenty to keep you busy! Make the most of the four-day weekend and check out some of the best activities in and around London below.
Horniman Spring Fair
For a day jam-packed and full of fun, head to the Horniman Museum in Forest Hill for their Spring Fair on the Saturday of the Bank Holiday weekend. There will be live music, tours of the garden, cooking demonstrations and even a Spring Bonnet Parade. The Horniman Spring Fair is a fun and family-friendly event that celebrates the arrival of spring with a range of activities and attractions. Whether you're interested in music, crafts, or simply enjoying the outdoors, there's something for everyone at the Horniman Spring Fair.
The Spring Bonnet Parade is also a competition, where the more eco-friendly the better - just make sure you share your pictures with us too!

Visit a City Farm
Who doesn't love seeing cute new farmyard arrivals in the Spring? There are a few City Farms across London where you'll be sure to spot some lambs and ducklings.
Set beneath the buildings of Canary Wharf, Mudchute City Farm is the largest urban farm in London. They're even hosting an Easter egg hunt this year if animals aren't your thing!

If you haven't visited yet, Vauxhall City Farm has a full host of cute animals, and a lovely cafe to boot!

Visit Kew Gardens
There isn't a better place to see spring in full bloom than Kew Gardens. Use the extra time on the four day weekend to spend a day in Kew and enjoy everything it has to offer, from beautiful botanicals and even exploring Kew village afterwards if you're in need of refreshments!

Plan a Sunday lunch

Run the Easter 10k
Maybe you're planning for that Autumn Marathon, or running is just your thing? Head down to Regent's Park on Easter Monday and get involved with the London Easter 10K. The route for the Easter 10k takes runners through some of London's most iconic landmarks, including The Tower of London and the Shard.
