What you can use Zipcars for in Kingston
Having the ability to do what we want to do is something we all want. Unfortunately there’s a lot of obstacles, travel being a big one. Owning a car is a way to solve that, but it brings its own problems such as cost and stress. Zipcar’s car club means you can travel where you want when you need to with as little stress as possible. For the occasional driver, it’s cheaper, easier, and just makes sense. Kingston’s location on the outskirts of London gives a completely different atmosphere to many other boroughs, but one that isn’t any less exciting. It is home to one of the country’s most famous theme parks Chessington World of Adventures. Taking a Zipcar here with the kids is a perfect day out for the family. Or if you’re in the mood for some golf you could take a drive to the clubs in Chessington and Coombe.

Things to do outside Kingston
Of course you might be more interested in taking a trip outside of London. Luckily Kingston isn’t far from the huge number of villages and towns past the M25. Why not take a short drive out into the country, take a stroll through the streets of Ripley or Leatherhead, or find a quiet village pub for a spot of lunch?
If long walks are more your style then taking the car to the Surrey Hills is a great place to start. They’re situated less than an hour from Kingston by car so you don’t even have to go far. They are a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and you can choose from three long-distance walks within the area. The Surrey Hills cover a quarter of Surrey meaning it’ll take several trips to see everything that interests you.
If you’re after all the good aspects that having a car brings, but you don’t want the hassle, signing up for Zipcar is the best solution.
