How to claim
Join Zipcar for free. Once you’re a member you’ll be able to drive our 325 e-Golfs in London in our Flex fleet, as well as over 3,000 of our cars and vans. During your application process apply your unique credit code sent in your email from VW in the Promotional Code box. Once the credit has been applied to your account you will have three months to redeem.
How Zipcar works
Join online for free. Once you’re a member you’ll have access to book Roundtrip journeys in cars or vans, or get from a to b in Flex one-way trips. Just download the app, reserve and drive.

Apply online with a picture of your driving licence at the ready. As soon as you’re approved, you’re good to go.
Search and Drive
Reserve a Flex car (e-Golf or Polo) to drive one-way by the minute or hour. Or book a Roundtrip car or van in advance, and return it to it's own dedicated bay, perfect for weekends away and trips around town.
Return it Right
When you’re done, drop your Flex car in the Zipzone or return your Roundtrip to it's same dedicated bay. Pop the keys in the glovebox and lock via the app.
