Each membership has everything you need included in the cost to help you make the most of your city – and to keep things simple.

60 miles each day

60 miles each day of the rental. After that it's £0.32 per mile.

Comprehensive insurance

Third party motor liability is included. For extra peace of mind you can opt to add an excess waiver.

Fuel included

Fuel’s on us! The fuel card is on the side of the dashboard if you need to top up.

There's two ways to drive: Flex or Roundtrip

Join online and you'll get access to thousands of our cars and vans throughout London. How you use them is up to you – we have two options to choose from.

Flex - our one-way service. Just look for the blue pin in the app, reserve and drive then just drop in our Zipzone across London. Perfect for spontaneous one-way trips around the city, starting from 32p per minute.

Roundtrip - pick your car up from its dedicated bay – you’ll find them all over London. Use the app to find any green pin near you, book and drive by the hour or day - starting from £6 per hour or from £60 per day. Park in the same bay you picked your Zipcar up from.

Competition Ts and Cs: Entries close on midnight 30 May 2025. The prize is £200 Zipcar driving credit, up to £200 to spend on a room at the George & Hart in Margate, £50 worth of YardSale Pizza and £200 towards dinner at Sargasso, Margate. Prizes must be claimed within 12 months of being notified that you are the winner. Entrants will be selected at random and must be an approved Zipcar UK member at the time of the draw (on 11th June 2025). Zipcar, Sargasso and YardSale employees are not eligible to win. Zipcar reserves the right to remove or amend this prize at any time and blackout dates may apply. Should the winner not respond within 14 days, they forfeit the prize, and we will select another winner at random. Responsibility for booking each element of the trip is with the winner, vouchers or credit will be supplied. No cash alternative.
