The standard excess on a Zipcar account is £750, which means if one of your account drivers has an accident or incurs any damage, the first £750 of the bill needs to be paid before insurance covers it. A damage waiver can reduce this excess or even fully remove it.
There are two types of waiver for Zipcar for Business accounts, which are charged on a per trip basis:
You can either opt in or out of one of the above waivers.
To opt in or edit your damage waivers, visit your 'Account setting' in 'My account' section on desktop and select 'Damage protection' to make any changes.

Unfortunately sometimes parking or traffic violation notices can be received by our Zipcar for Business members, which we understand can be frustrating.
