What's Anthomanic Floral Company all about?
We provide wedding, event, and branding services to clients around Boston. "Blooms on the brain, beauty in the details" is our tagline—it captures my love of flowers and how it inspires everything we do at AFC.
What keeps you motivated?
I love working with my hands and pushing the bounds of my creativity. My biggest motivation is my inner child. I want to steward something she'd think is really cool. It's also a blessing to touch the lives of so many through their most meaningful moments.
How do you use Zipcar?
Living in the city makes car ownership a hassle. Zipcar helps me pick up Facebook Marketplace finds and grocery hauls. I also use it to go on hikes and beach trips. It's all the freedom with non of the parking stress.
How has Zipcar helped your business?
Zipcar is instrumental to my business. It makes event prep easier—from pickup up flowers to event-day drop-offs.
What's your favorite thing about Zipcar?
How easy everything is! It's no stress and great in a pinch. You can book a car in minutes. The customer service always pulls through, and the cars are always well maintained.
What's your go-to car?
Honda CR-V. The back seats lay down, giving me space and flexibility to transport flowers, mechanics (structural materials used in floral design), and completed arrangements.
What are your goals for the next 25 years?
I'd hate to limit myself to the confines of my imagination. I hope my life is fuller than my wildest dreams! In 25 years, my prayer is that my creativity and vision have opened enough doors for me to give back to my loved ones and support my community.
