To help address transportation concerns in the Longwood Medical and Academic Area (LMA), the Longwood Collective had a goal of reducing traffic congestion. In 2014, Zipcar launched a custom car-sharing program, giving residents an easier, more affordable, and more sustainable way to get around Boston.
