Zipcar has supported LGBTQ organizations and Pride events for more than a decade, because equality shouldn’t be up for debate. Each of us, regardless of orientation or identity, deserve to be treated equally: every day of the week, month, and year. As long as we live in a world where these rights still need defending, we’ll be there to support the LGBTQ community.

We proudly marched in the Boston Pride Parade on Saturday, June 10^th and on Sunday, June 25^th at the Chicago Pride Parade. In honor of Pride Month, Zipcar is also making some permanent changes to our parking signs in The Village neighborhood of Toronto. Our classic, green signs will be getting a Pride twist to show our support for the LGBTQ community. We believe that people can overcome anything on their own—but we’ll always be stronger together.
